Your book "Lessons in service" inspired me and helped me with my career.
I moved from Jerusalem 5 years ago and when i moved my English was really bad that i was shy to carry a long conversation with any one, i chose a major where i don't have to talk much which was Art but i was really interested in the Corporate world so i started to read a lot of books to help my english speaking and to motivate me, i am so thankful that your book was one of them. i read it over & over and any word that i didn't understand i made sure i used the dictionary to know what it meant, now i work with a great company and with less than a year i was able to move up faster than employees that been there more than 5 years and part of it because of the lessons i learned from your book and other books i read, i applied the great service you used with your customers on my every day client's service, i take pride of my client's satisfaction like you do with yours, i appreciate negative and positive feedback like you do, i admire the passion you have not just with the food you cook but with the people who eat it.
